We are thrilled to welcome Kimberly to our BAPA faculty! An experienced instructor and professional performer, Kimberly brings over 10 years of teaching in voice, piano, dance, and theatre to students of all ages, alongside an impressive performance career.
On stage, Kimberly has starred in key roles such as Mary Poppins in MARY POPPINS, the Leading Player in PIPPIN, and Miss Honey in MATILDA. She has also appeared in productions of GUYS AND DOLLS, INTO THE WOODS, and THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.
Her national and international touring credits include performing with Chamber Theater Productions’ Sleepy Hollow and touring South Africa, Swaziland, and Botswana as a soloist and ensemble member with the Young Ambassadors’ Harmony. On screen, she has appeared in Volitional Vagabond, Mary and the Goldfish, and BYU Production Studios’ Bookstore Commercial.
Kimberly also has extensive teaching experience. She taught Dance and Musical Theatre at Garden Street School of Performing Arts and Musical Theatre and Voice at Utah Conservatory of Performing Arts. Her diverse background allows her to connect with children, teens, and adults, tailoring her instruction to inspire growth, creativity, and confidence in every student.
Kimberly holds a BFA in Music Dance Theatre with a minor in Communications from Brigham Young University. Her training includes acting at The Barrow Group (NYC), vocal coaching with James S. Javore (NYC), and years of dance in jazz, tap, ballet, and modern. She has also trained with legends such as Audra McDonald and Mandy Patinkin through masterclasses.
