How We're Different
BAPA is the most comprehensive performing arts facility within the Cobb County region. We have 6 studios and 9 different styles of classes on offer for students from ages 2, through to adult and seniors classes.
The teachers at British Academy of Performing Arts have a vast range of experience across multi-disciplines. We pride ourselves on having faculty members who are professionals in the industry.
Our collective, and collaborative approach means we can share our love of performing arts with our students whilst bringing out the best in our performers. Staff are supportive and encouraging while still expecting the very best from every student in class.
Our Mission
At BAPA, to empower every student to realize their artistic potential. Our aim is to create an environment where every student has the opportunity to ‘shine’; this is achieved through:
- Enthusiasm, hard work, dedication and FUN! Instruction given by expert professionals and teachers
- Frequent ‘showing’ of work-in-progress in our own in-house Performance Space ~ The Black Box Theatre.
- Creating an atmosphere where all students’ talents are valued, nurtured and developed.
- Encouraging a genuine love and appreciation for the performing arts.
At our school, we aim to encourage a widespread love of all areas of performing arts.

Whilst the emphasis is on training and performing we view our students in a holistic manner and see their time with us as an opportunity to: enhance their performing arts skills, install the discipline of learning an art form, and, increase their confidence whilst nurturing each student’s general social development.
