Come and Experience the Magic of a BAPA Summer Camp.

All of our camps focus on developing each student’s performing arts technique and stage skills whilst having a good time! Our camps are more informal than our regular season - dress code is more relaxed, age appropriate fun music is used, with different props and costume used each day. We rotate our scheduled activities; this keeps each day exciting, skills focused and fun. We ensure that all participants are fully engaged at all levels throughout their time here. We invite parents to attend our end of camp performance on their final Friday; this gives our students an opportunity to shine on stage, showing you all the skills they have learnt during their Performing Arts Camp, here at BAPA. We can promise your child a fun filled week, with emphasis on dance and acting skills training, culminating in a celebration of the arts and your children’s achievements on stage in our very own Black Box Theatre.

Costume and Props Time. 11:30 – 12:00 Show Rehearsal Half Day Students - Home Time 12.30 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch (please bring a packed lunch) 1:00 – 1:45 Skills Class and Workshops. Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Acting or Voice. 1:45 – 2:15 Snack & Props Making 2:15 – 2:45 Show Rehearsal 2:45 - 3:00  Review Day, Closing Activities & Games. Fridays Show Time: 2.30pm. Extended Day. 8:00 - 5:30 Take advantage of our Extended Day. Available for $75 per week Monday - Friday. Twinkle Toes Tuesdays. We have weekly dance classes on Tuesdays during June and July in Ballet / Jazz / Tap / Hip Hop. Please call us for more information. Summer Pointe Classes Pre - Pointe / Beginner / Intermediate and Advanced Classes are Monday, and Thursdays June 30 - Aug. 9th. please contact us for times and /or a pointe assessment.

(African Dance & Art Camps $220) African Dance for Metro Atlanta, Georgia gives you and your friends the opportunity to experience African dance. African dance is polycentric. Polycentric, in this case, means that the body is used in different ways at the same time to move to the music. African dance has always been a major part of African’s lives. It was used to show emotion, used as a protection from danger, and was a great way to spend your time. African dance is centered on the beat of the drum. Without the drum, there is no dance. The dance is designed for the body to move at the same rhythm as the drum. This summer camp program is a unique combinations of   African Dance, Story telling, Drawing, Painting & Sculpture, performace and art exhibition.     Are your kids bored over summer vacation with nothing to do? Enroll them in the British Academy of  Performing Arts'
Summer camp Program. It's the only performing arts camp of its kind in Cobb County that gives your children high quality
instruction, improves their social and performing arts skills, instructs them in a safe and nurturing environment. your children
will have fun whilst they learn.
  
    You'll give your kids valuable skills during the summer that they can use for the rest of their lives.
Our summer camps consists of the following genres: dance workshops, ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, litergical, broadway jazz,
students will rehearsal for their final week performance. In addition summer camp students can take both acting and musical theatre classes.
Throughout the themed camp weeks students will also have sessions in arts and crafts, public speaking, confidence building, and team work.
  
Our annual summer arts program is open to residents in Cobb County and the surrounding cities.
